The more redundancy and resilience options chosen by a customer, the greater the multiplier of SLA credit, up to 10x money back, for service interruptions.

Risk can be tailored at both the core and site level, with multiple redundant cloud connections, datacentres, transit points, local EVXs, carrier and circuit technologies.

For all sites with the following levels of fault tolerance we will commit to 100% service uptime and 5x SLA money back.

Last mile/on site#

Core/datacentre#

  • Geographically diverse transit links (to internet, cloud, datacentre, 3rd party etc)
  • Multiple transit gateways

10x SLA - 100% service uptime#

When every level of redundancy is taken, including the following, the SLA is upped to 10X money back:

Last mile/on site#

All other remaining services have a 99.9% service uptime money back guarantee.
